We’re Back… But Did We Ever Really Leave?
Did you miss us? Or did we just slip into another dimension for a while? Either way, we’ve returned! Although technically, we never truly left. We simply wandered deep into The Constant, where time flows differently and projects tend to mutate into better versions of themselves.
You see, we had concocted something. It was good. But not mad science good. So instead of rushing it out the door with half a beard and a broken umbrella, we locked ourselves in the lab, muttered arcane phrases, redesigned a few vital contraptions, and waited for lightning to strike (metaphorically, this time).
Because when you’re adapting the chaos of Don’t Starve, you don’t just slap it on some cardboard and call it a day.
The Madness Behind the Method
We’ve always been determined to keep the dark heart of Don’t Starve beating loud and clear. But not every digital masterpiece translates 1:1 to the tabletop. Some things must be lovingly re-imagined. And so, we set out to build an experience that’s more approachable, endlessly dynamic, and most importantly, fun to play. All while keeping true to our goal of retaining the haunting charm and creeping dread of the original game.
Our latest version is now sharpened and battle-tested. Crafted with care and just the right amount of madness.
What Is “Don’t Starve: The Board Game”?

Don’t Starve: The Board Game is a 1-4 player cooperative roguelike survival game based on the cult classic by our brilliant co-conspirators at Klei Entertainment. You’ll explore a strange world full of odd creatures, hidden dangers, and ancient secrets known as The Constant, a place where time flows differently and science and magic collide in surprising and often dreadful ways.
Craft tools. Fend off monsters. Forage for food. Try not to die (again). Play as Wilson, Willow, Wendy, or Webber, and descend into a world where dangerous biomes, unsettling oddities, and grumpy tree monsters are just part of breakfast.
A New Don’t Starve Adventure Awaits!
This isn’t simply inspired by Don’t Starve. This is a new Don’t Starve adventure in board game form.
We’ve worked directly with Klei to ensure the soul of the game was not only preserved, but also nourished and lovingly cared for. From original art contributions to game design insights and even new lore, this is a true collaboration.

To thank you for waiting so patiently (and to prove we’re real and not hallucinations), we’re launching a mysterious, FREE Follower Gift Mini-Expansion: Constant Curiosities. This expansion grows as more players follow the campaign. The more survivors who gather, the weirder (and better) the rewards we unlock.
To set the scene, we’re adding two new objectives to the Last Wish scenario, which you can slip between longer sessions, but this is just the beginning, and more curiosities will follow, adding to various elements of the game!
The curtain rises: Wendy hears the voices of lingering spirits, each revealing their “Last Wish”. This scenario has a randomized objective that changes how it plays out. Designed for replayability, each run presents a distinct combination of objectives and challenges, offering a unique experience within The Constant. Mingled with variable game setup conditions, weather, and item effects to make each playthrough unique!
