Yes indeed, you read that right—while Don’t Starve: The Board Game grants you the world’s first opportunity to have your favorite band of video game Survivors braving starvation on the tabletop, why should the current not flow in both directions, eh?
That’s why the amazing people at Klei have prepared a special treat to celebrate the campaign for Don’t Starve: The Board Game in the form of unique digital curios that you will be able to redeem and use in Don’t Starve Together!

Beauty is More than Skin Deep
If you recall, the second Curio unlocked as part of the Constant Curiosities mini-expansion was the Pick/Axe item. Today’s unlock allows you to proudly show all your online friends your support for Don’t Starve hitting the tabletops, with a new Pick/Axe skin in smashing GCU colors!
This is just a taste of things to come – expect more digital curios as the campaign kicks off!
The Bird’s the Word
Meet the Magnus Avis, a.k.a. Tallbird. Not a great flyer, it makes up for its rather puny wings with spindly legs and a single, unnerving eye. They’re known to lay their eggs in the rockiest places around, and since they’ve inhabited the world of Don’t Starve for a long time, they’ve seen a lot.
The Tallbird might look cute, but If you ever find yourself pecked at by its pointy beak, make sure to fight back! Also remember that it can be less feisty at nighttime.

Just a quick note: if you wish to see the preview page for the board game in all its glory, make sure to visit it using your favorite phone, PC, or science machine browser. Using the official Kickstarter application will most likely only display the banner for the project, which looks nice – true – but that’s not what you’re here for, right?
